摘要: It may be said that CRT has a role in improving functional capacity over conventional right ventricular pacing patients with left failure who require permanent stimulation and/or those an indication for AV nodal ablation. As the great majority of advanced heart and AF without indications cardiac — wide progressively expanding population “border zone” current no definite data are available. Some promising results from ablated show favourable trend major event reduction after CRT. More controlled clinical required to achieve conclusions about AF.
