摘要: Background: This article reported the experience of endovascular treatment in giant middle cerebral artery (MCA) aneurysms with parent occlusion or stent-assisted coiling. Material and methods: Eleven consecutive patients MCA were included. The predominantly involved M1 segment two cases, bifurcation four M2 five cases. Four fusiform treated sacrifice after balloon test. seven unruptured one ruptured post-operation long-term follow-up angiographic clinical outcomes analyzed. Results: Endovascular coiling was performed successfully all 11 All cases using strategy achieved complete aneurysms. In coiling, completely occluded, partially occluded remained small residue. Mild perioperative complications occurred six patients. angiography taken at a mean 13.5 months eight showed that stable improved relapsed needed further treatment. Conclusion: Stent-assisted selected is an option to consider.
