摘要: Abstract Disorders of Sex Development (DSD) among 46,XY individuals are rare and challenging conditions. Abnormalities karyotype, gonadal formation, androgen synthesis, action responsible for the multiple disorders that result in undervirilization during development. Phenotypic appearance timing presentation quite variable. The focus treatment has shifted from early gender assignment corrective surgery to careful diagnosis, proper education patients their families, individualized by a multi-disciplinary team. modern management these is difficult controversial. Conflicting data on long-term outcomes have been reported literature. various etiologies DSD, current approaches diagnosis treatment, results reviewed.
