摘要: Direct fermentation of cellulosic materials to acetic acid and ethanol was studied using a cellulolytic strain Fusarium oxysporum DSM 841. It produces extracellular enzyme complex consisting avicelase, CMCase, cellobiase xylanase activities with hydrolytic potential 80-87% different substrates. Acetic (12g/l) (3.6g/l) were obtained yields 0.36g/g 0.1 g/g from potato waste (cellulosic starch industries). F. 841 able ferment D-xylose as efficiently it could D-glucose. exhibited relatively higher product tolerance. Mechanism inhibition cellulase effectiveness in the presence acid/ethanol is also discussed.
