摘要: The substrate concentration is usually the most important process variable for automatic control of cultivation and product formation. Glucose popular substrate. An on-line technique glucose analysis described which based on p-HBAH method. influence medium components metabolites was determined. Their measurement can be taken into account calibration curves presented. This method attains sensitivity enzymatic less expensive easier to handle.
