摘要: Abstract A system for the ion-exchange chromatography of reducing sugars in neutral borate buffers using sulphate as counter-ion is described. The eluted were determined by a new automatic method p-hydroxybenzoic acid hydrazide colorimetric reagent. reproducibility discussed.
