摘要: Amplitude magnification is defined as the maximum forced response amplitude of any blade on a mistuned bladed disk divided by tuned over range engine order excitation frequencies. This paper shows that can be approximated ratio modal force vector magnitude in an isolated family turbine modes. An infinite linear mistuning pattern, constant interblade stiffness increment between number blades, found to minimize when subjected N/4 excitation. Linear mistuning, approximation approximately minimizes for disks with finite blades From this theory, 2/N proposed lower boundary magnification. The method demonstrated produce very low magnifications numerically and experimentally. numerical examples suggest may near absolute minimum possible.
