摘要: I present a stochastic model for intracellular Ca2+ oscillations. The starts from binding and dissociation of to sites on single subunit the IP3-receptor channel but is capable simulating large numbers clusters many oscillation periods too. find oscillations with variable ranging 17 s 120 standard deviation well in experimentally observed range. Long period can be perceived as nucleation phenomenon variety dynamics. Their depends geometric characteristics cluster array. Short are range time scale Both long short occur parameters nonoscillatory deterministic regime.
