摘要: The biotechnology industry has undergone rapid growth in recent years largely due to the development and success of protein-based therapeutics for a wide range disorders. Similar traditional pharmaceuticals, characterization therapeutic protein its physicochemical properties, process monitoring lot release is crucial. Electrophoresis slab-gel format continues be mainstay laboratory; more recently, CE begun make significant inroads analysis industrial settings. This review focuses on electrophoresis proteins with an emphasis capillary, lesser extent, microchip format. Reported applications at several stages biopharmaceutical covering period 2000-2005 will discussed.
