摘要: Microalgae represent a new source of biomass for many applications. The advantage microalgae over higher plants is their high productivities. photoautotrophic include all photosynthetic microorganisms, i.e. Cyanobacteria (prokaryotes) or (eukaryotes). These microorganisms are characterized by large biodiversity and chimiodiversity. Then, the analysis microalgal cyanobacterial often needs specific adaptations classical protocols extraction as well quantification contents. This chapter reviewed main analytical methods used its vaporizable compounds: proteins, polysaccharides, lipids, pigments secondary metabolites.
