摘要: The Ca 3 (VO 4 ) 2 single crystal was grown by the Czochralski method. pulled with 1 mm/hr and rotated 10 rpm for optimum growth condition. thermal annealing of as-grown performed at 500°C 24 hours. Laue conoscopic image techniques were used to determine crystallographic axes . results showed a negative uniaxial indicatrix. spectra Ca2p, V2p, O1s core-level data in crystals investigated X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
