摘要: Abstract The changed patterns of proteolytic activity in brain and spinal cord Lewis rats were examined 4 different morphological variants EAE: ordinary induced by the standard emulsion, hyperacute an emulsion plus pertussis vaccine, passive donor EAE cells, monocytic treatment with immunosuppressive drug tilorone. following enzymatic changes found: firstly, there was a 2–3.5-fold increase cathepsins A C (E.C. 3.4.14.1) one day appearance paralysis smaller change hindbrain, none forebrain regions. With recovery from paralysis, levels cathepsin remained high upper cord, fell to about half. In contrast, D (E.C.3.4.23.5) occurred only 4–5 days after largest areas small decrease on paralysis. Secondly, EAE, all cases level cord. most significant lower for C, fourthly, tilorone, exceptionally large, 3-fold as compared 1.5–2 fold other cathepsins.
