摘要: Prefried, frozen food products, primarily seafood products are made in the form of a composite extrudate including central core and an outer layer surrounding core. The consists predominantly coarsely ground seafood, such as clam meat, comprises same more finely mixed with binder. extruded suitably cut to length may be battered breaded prior prefrying freezing.
