摘要: AN apparent paradox prevents accurate assessment of the role cyclic AMP in development and maintenance tumours. Although cell culture experiments indicate that malignant transformation is associated with decreased adenylate cyclase activity intracellular levels1,2, same not true vivo studies tumours, which a range results have been obtained, from low3 to normal4 elevated5 tumour levels. We report here transplantable osteogenic sarcoma has retained through many generations parathyroid hormone-responsive cyclase, providing system can be used evaluate significance for growth differentiation.
