摘要: The use of a spherical mirror Fabry–Perot (confocal) interferometer as an optical displacement sensor is described. device incorporates simple electronic servo to maintain the at operating point maximum sensitivity. Applications vibration and acceleration sensors are forseen, with sensitivities for sinusoidal accelerations 10−3 μg achievable 10 Hz.
