摘要: Intensive industrial farming is, as a large polluter, evermore subjected to public pressure, more sustainable ways of are demanded. However, there no wholesome indicators evaluate the sustainability production system (PS). Our goal was extend and use tool Sustainable Process Index ® (SPI) for evaluating cabbage (Brassica oleracea L. convar. capitata) beetroot (Beta vulgaris L.) in 4 PS (conventional(CON), integrated(INT), organic(ORG) biodynamic(BD)) control treatment.
