摘要: Biodiesel production from semi-refined oils (SRO) and waste frying (WFO) was studied using commercial CaO as heterogeneous catalyst. The methan- olysis tests were carried out in mild reaction conditions (62 C, atmospheric pressure). With such conditions, SRO (soybean rapeseed) allowed to produce a biodiesel containing 97-98 % of methyl esters (FAME), whereas WFO only provided 86-87 FAME. lower FAME yield for oil is ascribable the partial neutralization catalyst by free fatty acids. Also, soaps formation reduced weight phase (containing FAME) obtained increased MONG content glycerin phase. catalysts stability showed high even when processed. Catalytic performed with blends WFO/semi- refined blending good strategy process low value raw minor decay performance. Both S-shape kinetics curves thus discarding significant differences mechanisms.
