摘要: Remediation prioritization frequently falls short of systematically evaluating the underlying ecological value different sites. This study presents a novel approach to delineating sites that are both contaminated by any eight heavy metals and have high habitat high-priority species. The conservation priority each planning site herein was based on projected distributions protected bird species, simulated using 900 outputs species distribution models (SDMs) subsequent application systematic tool. metal concentrations were generated geostatistical joint-simulation approach. uncertainties in quantified terms variability among 1000 realization sets. Finally, remediation decision-making presented for need spatial multiple realizations priorities areas. results thus obtained demonstrate up 42% areas also one or more contaminants interest. Moreover, as proportion land proposed remediated increased, area pollution-free increased. Overall uncertainty, false positive contamination rate, These indicate successfully accounted intrinsic trade-offs number habitats, low rates robustness expected decision outcomes.
