摘要: Pseudopheochromocytoma usually presents with the signs and symptoms suggestive of pheochromocytoma, yet investigations fail to show any evidence tumor. This case reports a man who presented severe abdominal pain hypertension without previous anxiety, tremor or palpitations at time presentation. Initial 24 hours urinary metanephrines were raised which suggested diagnosis hemorrhage into pheochromocytoma. Clinicians need be aware this scenario if unnecessary surgery is avoided.
