摘要: Horse anti-rabbit spleen cell antiserum was obtained by the intravenous immunization of horses with rabbit cells. The antisera were analysed for their lymphocytotoxic activity respect to lymphoid cells different organs prior and following absorption results have been integrated those in previous investigations an all-embracing concept interrelationship has emerged. distinction between heretofore considered central (bone marrow thymus) peripheral (spleen, lymph node appendix) blurred finding that, at least rabbit, appendix possess specific antigen markers participate cell-mediated immune reactions vitro observation that also a function generation vivo capable carrying out reaction vitro. It is concluded may be artificial one it reflect particular organ only many types should not influence investigator elucidation cellular mechanisms participating mediation responses.
