This growth use has taken place without establishing exactly what organizations are referring to when using term “competence”. There also been an assumption competence can be measured. It suggested that, given wide range activities which “management” said encompass, it may inappropriate define terms limited activities. The approach implies type lists skills developed correct list applied different industries. Given there no such thing generic manager, but rather individuals who effective sectors, would appear fundamentally flawed.
