摘要: Dietary phospholipids' (PLs) content, origin, and profile are known to affect fish development reproductive performance, but their effects in zebrafish (Danio rerio) nutrition still poorly investigated. Therefore, this study aimed assess the effect of practical microdiets containing plant-based marine PL sources growth, survival, skeletal development, performance. Reproductive performance was evaluated according sperm motility, number eggs, egg morphometry, hatching rate, offspring standard length at 5 days postfertilization (dpf). For purpose, seven were used, where two control diets tested along with a supplementation soybean lecithin (SL) as source, krill oil (KO) copepod (CO) sources, or combinations (SLCO SLKO). KO decreased larval growth induced severe anomalies. SL reduced total motility improved dpf. CO increased spawned eggs. Our results showed that careful selection origin dietary for microdiet formulation is critical ensure adequate success. This contributes improvement optimization husbandry practices.
