摘要: Gastrointestinal malignancies are a major health care challenge due to the high incidence and overall poor outcome. A biomarker is molecular characteristic of tumor that may be utilized in initial risk assessment subsequent management patient. This review focuses on most pertinent prognostic predictive biomarkers used clinical gastric, pancreas, colon cancer. The available assays, limitations use for each reviewed. trials evaluating novel GI cancers discussed.
