摘要: A spectral-domain interferometric technique using the interference of polarization modes a highly birefringent (HB) elliptical-core fiber to measure temperature is presented. The method based on wavelength interrogation, i.e., position chosen spectral maximum as function measured. Temperature sensing carried out in range from 300 370 K an experimental setup comprising white-light source, polarizer, delay line, HB fiber, analyzer and spectrometer. As quartz crystal suitable thickness utilized resolve channeled spectrum wide possible. part which placed chamber, exposed changes, first, polarimetric sensitivity It revealed that for at 600 nm. Second, shift with higher shorter wavelengths.
