摘要: Interleukin-1 (IL-1) is a polypeptide synthesized as high-mol.-wt. precursor and subsequently secreted after proteolytic cleavage to 17500-dalton active forms in murine [1] human cells [2]. Recently, cDNAs for [3] two distinct IL-1 species, IL-1α IL- 1β, have been isolated, sequenced, cloned [2, 4].
