Synthesis of ZnO nanorod/nanotube arrays formed by hydrothermal growth at a constant zinc ion concentration

摘要: In the hydrothermal growth of macroscopic arrays 1-dimensional zinc oxide on seeded substrates morphology individual nanoparticles changes during reaction, typically nanorods taper to nanotubes for reaction times in excess 3 hours. this paper it is demonstrated that by keeping ion concentration solution constant, using potentiostatically controlled dissolution a sacrificial working electrode, precipitation oxide, possible synthesise particles which have constant diameter along their entire length, even after 10 hours growth. These finding indicate importance ions determining deposited nanorods.
