摘要: Genomic information of many fungi has been released but large scale functional genomic studies are still limited by a lack high-throughput methods. The low rates homologous recombination and transformation limiting steps in filamentous fungi, the molecular tools also lagging behind. In this paper we describe two new for that based on Gateway technology. One system is RNAi vector allows gene silencing manner. other deletion construct system. These systems were tested using PAC1 Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Using these types approaches, genomics experiments can be performed fungi.
