Glass formation, crystallization, and spectral-luminescence properties of glasses of the Er2O3-Yb2O3-B2O3-GeO2 System

摘要: Borogermanate glasses with a 25% molar content of lanthanoid oxides were synthesized and investigated. It was found that their glass transition temperature t g is about 770°C, approximately 200°C higher than the laser phosphate glass. Relatively weak clustering erbium, whose optical centers are characterized by high homogeneity large (86–90 nm)effective half-width 4 I 13/2 → 15-2 luminescence band Er3+, realized.
