摘要: ABSTRACT Normally, clear and single binocular vision requires the coordinated turning of two eyes, called vergence, focusing accommodation. It has been shown that static measurements vergence accommodation under various open- closed-loop conditions can be used to calculate accurately parameter values a normal oculomotor model. Computer simulation using these physiologically justifiable parameters give excellent fit experimental data. We propose variation in specific model may simulate anomalies. Decrease accommodative controller gain result behavior similar decrease response found amblyopia. Large magnitude bias strabismus. Unfortunately, little data on amblyopia strabismus required for calculation is available. Hence, we perform extensive 15 amblyopic strabismic subjects. will test Through development hope improve conceptual understanding major variables related ocular insight into underlying mechanisms. Model testing different not easily obtainable patients lead orthoptics therapy procedures alleviating manifestations conditions. Finally, resulting from this study form an empirical basis future research.
