摘要: Although it is common clinical knowledge that oculomotor control appears to normalize during the course of successful orthoptics therapy for amblyopia, reports providing a quantitative analysis eye movements extended periods treatment are lacking. We provide first time such report in an adult amblyope. Aspects movement tended with include drift amplitude and velocity, duration frequency steady fixation, pursuit gain. These results suggest smooth can be modified, even remained abnormal throughout therapy, spite normalization visual acuity centralization increased saccadic latencies, use large saccades small-amplitude tracking, static overshooting. certain aspects could either no longer modified or would require this occur.
