摘要: The effects of nitric oxide produced by macrophage-like cells (Mm1) on the cell cycle were investigated. Mm1 lost proliferative activity in presence interleukin-6 (IL-6) and a subpopulation accumulated G2+M phase. This level increased proportion to incubation time. DNA content was slightly lower than that treated with vinblastine or demecolcine, drugs which block M peak early phase reduced treatment NG-mono-methyl-L-arginine. However, after exogenous sodium nitroprusside, G0/G1 increased, but early-G2+M S decreased. flow cytometry pattern IL-6-treated same as cytochalasin B-treated Mm1. These data suggest endogenous affects microfilament system blocks
