摘要: Over the past decades there has been an important increase in incidence of dermatophytoses humans as a result contact with animals, although etiological agents can vary animals transmitting disease. A large-scale study was carried out 220 farms raising rabbits for consumption. Most (85%) were located autonomous community Catalonia (Spain). Mycological studies showed that 79.5% infected Trichophyton mentagrophytes var. granulosum. Microsporum canis isolated only two which had imported from France. Healthy animal carriers detected 3.2% apparently non-infected farms.
