摘要: The transient receptor potential (TRP) channel superfamily is a family of 28 nonselective cation channels expressed on the plasma membrane with high permeability to calcium. Role TRP channels, especially vanilloid 1, ankyrin 1 and melastatin 8, widely documented in nociception. During last few years, there has been consistent increase reports indicating presence significance these different tissues including bladder, skin, respiratory system brain. Based calcium much published role its signaling adipogenesis, for importance ion adipocyte biology. This review provides insight into involvement differentiation, obesity associated complications. Furthermore, authors will focus evaluate as therapeutic targets management obesity.
