摘要: The transient receptor potential (TRP) channel superfamily is a family of 28 nonselective cation channels expressed on the plasma membrane with high permeability to calcium. Role TRP channels, especially vanilloid 1, ankyrin 1 and melastatin 8, widely documented in nociception.
