摘要: Insight is greatly impaired in Bipolar Disorder (BD), especially during mania. Cognitive impairment also present BD. Despite that, few studies have investigated a possible association between these two aspects. The main goal of the current study to compare BD affective states regarding performance cognitive testing and investigate clinical predictors for insight loss sample 65 patients who were evaluated one phases (mania, euthymia or depression). All subjects underwent neuropsychological evaluation completed Scale Affective Disorders (ISAD). relationship level clinical/cognitive variables was analyzed through multiple regression models.
