摘要: Virtual colonoscopy has been developed as a non-invasive computerized medical procedure for examining the entire colon to detect polyps. The authors' group successfully implemented an interactive navigation using physically-based camera control model and hardware-assisted visibility algorithm. Unfortunately, pre-processing (skeleton potential field generations) consumes too much computing time be acceptable in environment. In this work, authors focus on skeleton simplification eliminate excessive ramification. They perform before generation. idea is utilize hierarchical analysis of attractors determine principal attractors. also propose dynamic target virtual endoscopy. combine potentials derived from distance between source positions surface guide path search processes.
