摘要: La prise en charge des cancers du sein est pleine evolution. Suite aux progres dans la localises, le nombre de patientes metastatiques tend a diminuer, et les caracteristiques maladies rechute se trouvent modifiees. Differents soustypes ont pu etre identifies associes mecanismes moleculaires specifiques cibles therapeutiques potentielles. Les nouvelles therapies cours developpement necessitent d’identifier sensibilite/resistance qui, sans doute, devront evalues lors l’evolution maladie pour unemeilleure adequation traitements. Ce ne sont que quelques-uns nombreux challenges atteintes cancer metastatique annees venir.
