摘要: We measured plasma cortisol levels during surgery in seven neonates within ten days after birth and 14 infants ranging age from three months to 11 months. The were divided into two groups; Group I included eight whom general anaesthesia was maintained with oxygen, nitrous oxide a muscle relaxant, II, six oxide, halothane relaxant. In the neonates, changes mean not statistically significant. both II infants, gradually rose anaesthesia, but initial rise suppressed patients who received halothane.
