摘要: This study aimed to evaluate if anuran species distributions in riparian and non-riparian areas are influenced by environmental factors (i.e. niche) and/or spatial dispersal). The variables analysed were altitude, distance from the stream leaf litter depth. Spatial represented eigenvectors extracted geographical coordinates eigenfunction analysis. was conducted 24 km2 of terra-firme forest Central Amazonia, Manaus – Amazonas, Brazil. Between November 2008 May 2009, three samples taken 41 plots, 21 plots being placed at another 20 areas. We submitted assemblage dataset a partial redundancy analysis contributions (selected with forward selection procedure). In addition, we tested communities differ using db-MANOVA. Species richness composition differed between plots. Some restricted Altitude only significant variable (P = 0.005) explaining 21% total variance. When analysing data all analysis, 27% variance explained variables. exclusively 4% composition, 13% that also structured space shared fraction), while 10% conclusion, our results showed differences assemblages which can be distribution along gradients altitude streams, little evidence dispersal limitation.
