摘要: In Bi2Sr2Can-1CunOy family materials including single crystals with various carrier concentrations, the superconducting transition temperature, Hall effect, optical conductivity were investigated as functions of hole concentration, and a simple model describing electronic states is proposed. However, conduction noise measured remains unusual. Result surface resistance measurement at 24 GHz in state also reported.
