1f-noise-power measurements of copper oxide superconductors in the normal and superconducting states

摘要: The first measurements of the 1/f-noise spectrum in copper oxide superconductors are presented. key features our results (1) no noise is found superconducting state, (2) normal state large, comparable magnitude to that metal-insulator composites, and (3) temperature dependencies resistivity opposite, unlike either metals or semiconductors. Implications for possible conduction models considered.
