摘要: Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin-8 (IL-8) in human ovarian follicle and follicular size, patient age, fertility factors IVF cycles. Design Prospective study. Setting University hospital research laboratory infertility clinic. Patient(s) Women undergoing with oocyte retrieval. Intervention(s) Follicular fluid (FF) aspiration, isolation, FF storage, experimental studies. Main Outcome Measure(s) Quantization of IL-8 by ELISAs protein microarray; high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) followed ELISA Western blotting to evaluate α 2 -macroglobulin (α M) bound IL-8; association IL -8 outcomes. Result(s) Samples from 63 patients contained an average 629.59 pg/mL 50%–70% M. Large follicles higher levels than small (937.34 vs. 86.97 pg/mL). The concentration large women young age was that older reproductive (1,373.61 673.29 There were no statistically significant associations found other cycle or pregnancy outcome. Conclusion(s) Our findings indicate is present FF, both its free M-bound state, correlated size age.
