摘要: The Delphi method is used to explore the feasibility of financial incentive programs for construction labor force in U.S. most appropriate methods measuring on-site performance, likely effects different programs, and ways enhace their effectiveness are explored. panel experts included 37 specialists various interrelated professions. study comprised three rounds questionnaires which two feedback results. findings indicate that not only feasible, but they could materially raise productivity, lower production costs, shorten time, improve quality management, increase earnings workers.
