摘要: Impressive results have been achieved by implementing financial incentive programs in construction several foreign countries and numerous other industries the United States. This paper identifies historical causes for scarcity of such U.S. industry, highlights current obstacles to their introduction, recommends steps avoid or overcome them, so as open way future introduction programs. The study employs Delphi technique concludes that near absence pay industry can be attributed to: (1) Tradition conservatism industry; (2) union opposition; (3) nature work. panel predicted significant differences between overall attitudes various parties toward productivity programs; contractors owners will supportive, employees somewhat government neutral, opposed.
