摘要: We report a case of an adenomatoid tumor involving the heart. The lesion was found incidentally at time cardiac surgery, measured 1.0 cm, and poorly demarcated from adjacent myocardium. Microscopically, consisted aggregates relatively large, epithelioid cells that coalesced to form tubular spaces occasionally branched into anastomosing channels. neoplastic were strongly immunoreactive with antibodies against cytokeratin. pathologic features this unusual are diagnostic tumor, rare benign neoplasm mesothelial origin usually in association genital tract.
