Main Outcome Measures The factorial construct, criterion-related validity, homogeneity stability IRCQ were evaluated. nurses’ perceptions also explored. Results four-factor structure 20-item had satisfactory construct (explained variance: 49.37%), ( r = 0.42; P 0.001), (Cronbach's alpha: 0.83) (3-week-interval correlation: 0.80; 0.001). These factors included ‘application learning from errors’, ‘readiness to provide feedback on reports’, ‘collegial atmospheres unpleasantness punishment’ (CA) ‘incident management: confidential system driven’. moderate overall (mean positive 49.25%; range: 67.2–24.94%).
