摘要: Objective To examine the psychometric validity and reliability of incident reporting culture questionnaire (IRCQ; in Chinese) following an exploration perceived by hospital nurses Taiwan. Design Scale development with examination a cross-sectional study. Setting Ten teaching hospitals. Participants A total 1064 participated average response rate 83% between November 2008 June 2009. Main Outcome Measures The factorial construct, criterion-related validity, homogeneity stability IRCQ were evaluated. nurses’ perceptions also explored. Results four-factor structure 20-item had satisfactory construct (explained variance: 49.37%), ( r = 0.42; P 0.001), (Cronbach's alpha: 0.83) (3-week-interval correlation: 0.80; 0.001). These factors included ‘application learning from errors’, ‘readiness to provide feedback on reports’, ‘collegial atmospheres unpleasantness punishment’ (CA) ‘incident management: confidential system driven’. moderate overall (mean positive 49.25%; range: 67.2–24.94%). They weakly agreed CA factor five items 24.94%; 33.0–17.2%). Conclusions This study provides empirical evidence for properties which perceive Taiwan. Taiwanese nurses, within their work environments especially as it relates coworker relations, inter-professional collaboration non-punitive atmosphere is major concern. Healthcare administrators should consider related when managing underreporting issues.
