摘要: Endoscopic diffuse optical tomography (DOT) is a novel approach that can be used in imaging the absorption and scattering contrast internal organs. In endoscopic DOT, sources illuminate outward from surface of organs detectors collect diffused light same surface. This new kind geometry requests modified forward inverse model. A thin ring-shaped provided this paper for solving problem, reconstruction image worked out by NIRFAST package. The esophagus-like model made to simulate different scales carcinoma occurred 2D transections. research will verify possibility esophagus using acquire potential problems further study.
