摘要: In the whole plant of brown algae species Colpomenia sinuosa, Cystoseira compressa, Dictyopteris membranacea, Dictyota dichotoma, linearis, Padina pavonica, Sargassum accinarium and Stypocaulon scoparium collected from Saronikos gulf Greece, trace elements antimony, cesium, chromium, cobalt, europium, iron, rubidium, scandium, strontium, thorium zinc were determined by instrumental neutron activation analysis. same samples sterols campesterol, cholesterol, fucosterol stigmasterol fatty acids linoleic, linolenic, myristic, oleic, palmitic, palmitoleic stearic acid gas-liquid chromatography. Statistical analysis included calculation correlation coefficient multiple was applied in all analytical data. The results showed that sterol pattern pavonica is different other examined species. A high content should be accompanied very low concentrations or absence a number constituents. Linoleic linolenic present strong linear between them. Stearic seems to play role life process due its significant with strontium. found for latter must an evidence selective accumulation this element as mentioned literature. sterols, saturated single constituents studied work.
