摘要: A morphological study of the growth and development reproductive system nematode Caenorhabditis elegans has been carried out. When first stage larva hatches from egg it contains four primordial gonadial cells. These cells proliferate form entire adult system, consisting approximately 2500 nuclei, in 45 hr at 25°C. Several distinctive featues gonadogenesis early embryogenesis that are recognizable compound microscope can be used to chart nematode. The mature gonad presents a linear developmental axis both temporally morphologically formation oocytes, fertilization, stages embryogenesis. structure ovary indicates cytoplasm each newly formed oocyte is derived common core within multinuclear ovary.
