摘要: Abstract The cost of providing power to disperse gas and mix the contents fermenters contributes significantly overall process economics. major factor affecting demand is viscosity fermentation medium, this can be substantially reduced by growing molds in form pellets rather than as filaments. Studies on Penicillium chrysogenum demonstrate advantages inoculating media with pelleted molds.
