摘要: In the present work, process of coating deposition by cold spray when a two-phase jet flows on substrate through round apertures different diameters that are located from surface at distances was experimentally investigated. Samples coatings were obtained and their profiles measured method interference profilometry. By example spraying aluminum powder, it is shown diameter increases with increasing mask-substrate distance, to obtain clear area mask should be less than limit substrate, determined parameters. The clearest boundary coverage minimum distance locating mask, which depends primarily thickness.
